Delivery that makes sense

At Amart Furniture, taking home new furniture is a breeze with hassle-free collection and fast furniture delivery service.

 

Things to double check

Before placing your order, make sure to check if:

  • your new items will fit where you want; and
  • doors, stairwells and other entrances (including lifts) are big enough to allow for access when purchasing a standard delivery service.

Most of our furniture comes flat-packed, giving you more options to take home in a car, ute or trailer. Bulkier items, like lounges or sofas, can be difficult to move so bring a friend or two to help.

A lot of our range requires some assembly. If you need help putting together your furniture, contact your local Amart Furniture Storefor more details, costs or to find out more about our assembly services

 

Pick Up

Shop for your home, from home with our free furniture collection service.

Simply choose pick up and select your preferred store of collection.

Sometimes it may not be possible to collect your item immediately. Our friendly team will advise you of any delays and a time to pick up your items.

You must bring your own transport and gear for pickup purchases. We are unable to supply any strapping, rope, or protective coverings.

Online Excusive orders are not available for pick up.


Standard Delivery

If you have purchased online exclusives, larger items, ones that are shipped directly from our warehouse, or if you are simply unable to visit your closest Amart Furniture Store for collection, we are happy to arrange delivery to your nominated address on a day that works for you. Delivery charges apply.

When choosing Standard Delivery, please note:

  • Your delivery will need to be signed for by somebody at the nominated delivery address.
  • If you have paid for your purchases over the phone by credit card, the card holder needs to be available at the time of delivery to verify details.
  • If nobody is available to accept the delivery at the nominated address and time, we will be unable to complete the delivery. In those circumstances, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and additional charges may apply.
  • Please ensure that the access is appropriate for the furniture being delivered. This includes ensuring your doorways are wide enough to fit the product in, the item can fit upstairs or in a lift (if required) and that there is nothing blocking the path of the delivery in hallways, stairwells or driveways.
  • If delivery is to an upstairs area, please advise the store at time of organising delivery.

Standard Delivery costs

Delivery costs vary pending on the item to be shipped. Rates start at $88 (including GST) for local delivery, increasing pending on distance from the store. Contact our team to arrange delivery for remote, regional, or interstate locations. Delivery times vary.

Courier Delivery

Smaller items and online exclusive items are shipped directly from our warehouse by our trusted courier delivery partners. Delivery charges apply.

  • When your items leave the warehouse, you’ll get a SMS or email with a tracking link. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to update accurately.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes for courier deliveries & Online Exclusive deliveries;

    OOnce you’ve received an email or sms that your items are in transit, please allow:
    Metro delivery: Within 7 business days
    Regional delivery: 7 - 14 business days
    Remote delivery: Within 21 business days


  • For other Courier Delivered items ETA
    Once you’ve received an email or sms that your items are in transit, please allow:
    Metro delivery: Within 3 business days
    Regional delivery: 7 business days


Selection of a date and/or time of delivery is unavailable with courier delivery. We’ll try to send all products from the same order in one delivery, but it is the delivery drivers’ decision as to how multiple items will be delivered. Additional orders will incur separate shipping costs and delivery. Authority to leave is required to allow a contactless delivery without signature. The courier will leave the package unattended at your address only if there is a secure location available (as deemed by the courier). In the event the courier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the package unattended and a re-delivery or collection from a courier depot will need to be arranged. Please note there may be additional re-delivery fees payable by the customer.


Courier Delivery Costs

Courier delivery costs depend on the item to be shipped and the location. Once the item are added to the cart online with an address, a furniture delivery fee will appear.

Fast Shipping

Fast Shipping from is only available to addresses within the Brisbane metropolitan zone and is available on selected products and/or colours in stock at the state distribution centre at time of purchase.

Online Orders

When will my online order be ready for collection or delivery?

Our friendly team will advise the collection date or delivery ETA if not supplied during checkout online.

Most of our online range is available for immediate collection or delivery. Some items may take some time. If a store is out of stock, we will call you as soon as your items arrive to arrange for the pick up or delivery.

How will my online order be delivered?

Amart Furniture stores use independent couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How can I track the status of my online order?

You will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link. If there is a waiting time on your order, our team will keep you updated on progress. You can also contact your Closest Amart for more furniture delivery information.

Do you ship internationally?

Amart Furniture does not ship outside of Australia.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll organise the correct item to be delivered to you ASAP at no additional cost. We’ll do our best to replace the item as quickly as possible. However, stock availability for incorrectly shipped items may affect delivery times.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

If you are missing an item your order, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement for you ASAP. We endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible. However, stock availability for incorrectly shipped items may affect delivery times.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical street address (including business name if you are delivering to a business) when completing your shipping details.

What is your returns policy?

Whether you shop instore or buy furniture online, you’re covered by our returns policy. We understand sometimes the item may not quite look as you imagined in the room. If this is the case please review our Returns Policy or contact your local store.
