How does it work?
Step 1. Choose how you'd like your old mattress removed
You have the flexibility of either having us pick up your old mattress directly from your location or dropping it off at our designated store or Distribution Center (DC). However, keep in mind that our removal service is exclusively available for in-store purchases.
Tip: If you choose the pickup option, remember to drop off your old mattress when collecting your new one.
Step 2. Know what you can recycle
When you purchase a new ensemble base or mattress from us, you can avail of our removal service for an old ensemble base or mattress. Whether you're buying a king-sized bed and disposing of a single, or vice-versa, we've got you covered. The size of your new purchase and the size of your disposal item don't have to match.
Step 3. Preparing for delivery and removal
Upon scheduling your new mattress delivery, ensure your old mattress is properly bagged as per the instructions we provide. On delivery day, place the bagged mattress outside in an easily accessible area—whether it's your driveway, porch, alleyway, or any other place our drivers can freely access. Our team will handle the removal while delivering your new mattress, making it a seamless experience for you.
Important Note: If the mattress isn't placed outside as instructed, or if it isn't bagged when dropping off at our DC or store, we won't be able to collect or accept it. Always follow our guidelines to ensure a smooth process!
Step 4. Understanding collection points
Whether you're opting for a direct delivery or picking up from a store, the removal process remains consistent. For direct deliveries, our drivers will remove the old mattress at the same time as delivering the new one. For pickups, ensure your old mattress is bagged as per instructions and dropped off at the time of your new mattress collection.
Step 5: Keep in Mind:
It's essential to be prepared. If your old mattress isn't ready for collection during our scheduled visit or if you forget to place it outside, there won't be an opportunity to reschedule the removal. Similarly, if it isn't properly bagged when returning to our DC or store, we reserve the right to refuse it.
Mattress Removal Fee
Our mattress removal fee is a flat $89, regardless of the size of the mattress or ensemble.

- The item(s) are to be bagged as per the instructions provided in the ‘Removal Kit’.
- For Store/DC collections must be bagged and dropped off at the time of picking up the new mattress.
- For Deliveries, the old mattress must be bagged and placed outside prior to the scheduled Delivery.
- This can occur in any area that the item(s) can be accessed freely such as driveway, garage, carport, front veranda or porch, apartment building loading dock, alley or lane way, street kerbside, nature strip.
- ‘Removal Kits’ will be provided in store only at the time of purchase.
- For Health & Safety measures, item(s) must be fully covered and enclosed in the bag before being handled by the Delivery Courier. We reserve the right to refuse it should it not comply.
- Should the mattress/ensemble base not be available for collection as scheduled, there won't be an opportunity to reschedule the removal.
